Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas.
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes.
• Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars.
• Produce and submit reports on general TA activity.
• Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings.
• Assist with the posting of open positions in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate candidate travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $60,000, depending on your job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Please note that this salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
