Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts and build a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of recruiting activities, including research, networking, referrals, and internet-based searches to identify top talent.
- Pre-qualify candidates and conduct a large number of phone interviews to evaluate skills, employment background, and qualifications.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company culture, values, and job requirements to ensure accurate candidate matching.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and tactics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in recruitment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, supervision, and/or customer service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
- Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach, with a focus on driving results and achieving excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- A supervisory or hiring background, with experience in managing recruitment teams or processes.
- Experience working in a similar industry or sector, with a strong understanding of the local job market.
- Knowledge of recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
- Experience with social media recruitment strategies and tactics.
