Job Overview: Product Operations Manager
As a Product Operations Manager for Azara at JLL Technologies, you will play a vital role in our product operations team. - Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to validate product quality, conduct thorough testing, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the overall improvement of product stability and reliability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collaborate with data analysts and business intelligence teams to gather insights from user data, identify trends, and generate comprehensive reports to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Training and Documentation: Develop training materials, user guides, and other documentation to assist both internal teams and clients in effectively understanding and utilizing the Azara product's features and functionalities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches, effective communication, and alignment on product goals.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
