You'll report to the Manager of Procurement and work collaboratively across Calendly to scale our procurement function. As a Procurement Specialist, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities. You'll serve as a crucial link between our internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring that business requirements are met with a high degree of professionalism and positivity. Your focus will be on enhancing processes and supporting the scalable growth of Calendly. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in the tech sector. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. You should have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, and effective communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. You should also be skilled in a digital environment, with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools. Experience with a procure-to-pay (P2P) and competitive sourcing solution, such as ZipHQ, Coupa, or SAP, is highly preferred.
