Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
Preferred Qualifications
