In this role, you will be responsible for modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient. You will work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to provide exceptional patient care, process prescriptions, and maintain the overall operations of our pharmacy. Your ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and provide assistance with products and services will be essential in creating a positive customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You should also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Additionally, you should have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
We prefer candidates with at least six months of experience in a retail environment, particularly in a pharmacy setting. Prior work experience with blithequark is also an asset. You should have good math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications, as well as good computer skills. Knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification are also preferred.
