Essential Qualifications

- Quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a telephone (landline or cell) and ability to work in a remote environment
- Strong computer and internet skills, with ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
