As an Eyewear Customer Service and Sales Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing personalized eyecare to our patients, supporting our team of doctors and knowledgeable staff, and helping our patients see, look, and be their best. You will be provided with comprehensive training and tools to learn about the industry and our products, so no prior optical experience is required. You will work closely with our patients to understand their needs, advise them on the best eyewear options, and provide exceptional customer service. This role reports to the Office General Manager and requires some weekend and evening shifts.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in a customer-facing or sales-related position, preferably in the retail, hospitality, or optical field. However, we are willing to train the right candidate, so prior experience is not essential. You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a willingness to learn about the industry, products, and services. You should be a friendly, caring, and patient-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player who is willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience.
