About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled and experienced remote customer service agents to handle both phone and email support for our various clients. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible part-time schedule that includes 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm EST. Our ideal candidate is someone who is technically savvy, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven contact center environment.

Compensation and Benefits
