Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant department.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team.
Requirements:
• Native speaker-level proficiency in Filipino and English.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communication).
• 2+ years of experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using customer support software (e.g., Gorgias, etc.).
