Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Live Scan Review Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class service to our dental practice clients. Your expertise in CAD/CAM and dental anatomy will be instrumental in providing feedback on digital impressions, developing feedback loops, and collaborating with our operations leadership to build out our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Skillfully and accurately perform scan reviews of digital impressions, utilizing your expertise to provide constructive feedback to dental practice clients through written and verbal communication.
- Stay up-to-date with new workflows, technologies, and products offered to clients by leveraging existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
- Collaborate with team members to present the best possible solutions to customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology to identify and address client concerns, such as tooth margin, tissue over margin, and bite alignment issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Intra-oral scanner software and hardware, to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of CAD/CAM experience using 3Shape, with specialized training across multiple product SKUs.
- Extensive knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology, including identifying tooth margin, tissue over margin, and bite alignment.
- Chairside experience, along with lab experience, is highly preferred.
- Experience using Intra-oral scanner software and hardware, with a strong understanding of the technology and its applications.
- Customer Service Experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and resolving complex issues.
- A basic understanding of tech platforms and the ability to learn new platforms quickly, with a strong willingness to adapt to new technologies and workflows.
