Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound, outbound, and email responses related to shareholder communications, specifically in the context of contested proxy meetings. Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with investors and internal clients
