Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional bookkeeping services to clients, utilizing QuickBooks Online and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through video and audio tools, ensuring professional, friendly, and reassuring interactions.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced bookkeeping skills, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification required.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology, strong knowledge of computer software, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience working in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision, utilizing critical thinking, problem-solving, and flexibility.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with clients through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification.
- Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation.
- Previous experience working in a call center queue or similar environment.
Technical Requirements:
To perform this role, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection at home, with an Ethernet connection (no WiFi).
- A hardwired internet connection to connect the router to the ODE laptop, with a minimum connection speed of 5 mbps upload, 3 mbps download, and 150 ms latency.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions.
- A willingness to be on camera for this role, as you will be interacting with clients through video tools.
