Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator to work remotely from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 3 pm CST. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements by working with them to understand their needs and preferences
• Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating, and providing accurate and timely responses
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems to ensure prompt resolution
• Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests to the relevant teams or departments
• Maintain our call center database by entering information accurately and efficiently
• Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your skills and expertise
• Enhance our organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments, and consistently delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, including professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and empathy
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as PC literacy and experience using Windows-based applications

• Bilingual Spanish (Read, Write, and Speak) is required
