Key Responsibilities
As an e-Service Chat Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage
- Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring a clear understanding of our services and benefits

Essential Qualifications
