**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing online chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
* Utilizing knowledge base resources to provide accurate information to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback and improve service quality
* Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* Response time: 90% of chats responded to within 2 minutes
* Customer satisfaction: 90% of customers satisfied with chat support
* Issue resolution: 95% of issues resolved on the first chat
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools
* Experience in project management is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
