Remote Small Group Sales Executive

About the Role:

Join our team at Workwarp as a Remote Small Group Sales Executive! In this exciting role, you'll connect with employers (2-200 employees) to promote and sell medical, dental, and vision insurance products. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships, drive growth, and make a real difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance manufacturers and plan sponsors.
• Manage an assigned territory to expand our commercial presence through consultative selling and problem-solving.
• Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Experience in group health insurance is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to attend in-person meetings and travel within your assigned territory.
• Insurance Producer License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (High school diploma + 2 years relevant experience).
