We are seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Operations Excellence (IC) – Process Improvement Engineer to join our Pharmacy Services Finance Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, conducting strategic and targeted assessments, and supporting the development of corrective actions and control plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal operations, problem-solving, and data analysis, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. They will also have a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, including FOX, DMAIC, LEAN, and 8D.

The typical pay range for this role is $60,300.00 - $145,860.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
