Job Overview and Responsibilities
As an Implementation Specialist at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce solutions to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with consultants and senior consultants on a wide range of projects, providing technical expertise and support to ensure project success
- Attending weekly project meetings and taking detailed meeting notes to ensure seamless communication and project progression
- Co-designing and implementing software solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Communicating effectively with project team members and clients, providing regular updates and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
- Attending daily team standup meetings to review project status, discuss team workload, and collaborate on complex problems, ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional results
- Building complex software systems within the Salesforce platform, utilizing your technical expertise to design and implement solutions that drive business growth and success
- Identifying risks and issues, and developing proactive strategies to prevent problems and ensure project success
- Working with agile and other methodologies to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Collaborating with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that we are continually learning and improving our practices to deliver exceptional results for our clients
Estimated Percentage of Time Allocation
In this role, you can expect to allocate your time as follows:
- Salesforce build: 70%
- Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20%
- Project scoping (supporting consultants in scoping projects): 10%
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong technical background, with experience in Salesforce implementation and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working with agile and other methodologies, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Experience working with a range of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Health Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
