Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will work from home and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to escalated emails and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on queues related to orders not shipping and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Make outbound calls to customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle TrustArc requests and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Provide order updates and resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Peak call center experience or business experience that reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
- Ability to maintain energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a short and intense "season".
- Proficient in using the telephone for customer contact.
- Ability to stay positive under stressful conditions.
- Knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working in a seasonal or fast-paced environment.
- Certification in customer service or a related field.

Work Schedule:
