About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Inbound Claims Support at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and support.
- Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information.
- Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy to build trust and accountability.
- Support service campaigns as required to promote our products and services.
- Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
- Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
- Strong computer/keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues.
- Superb listening skills with professional oral and written communication.
- Empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability with customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Prior call center experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of company products and services.
