Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing sales and customer experience support to JTV.com customers via live chat. You will focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue, establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals.
