**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Safety team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data science group, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and tools that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Data Pipeline Design and Development**: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and develop data pipelines that meet the evolving needs of our business.
* **Data Quality and Reliability**: Review and improve existing data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable, and transparent data.
* **Metric Development and Reporting**: Develop and maintain metrics and reporting dashboards to support business decision-making and transparency.
* **ETL and Automation**: Design and implement ETL systems and automation workflows to increase data pipeline efficiency and scalability.
* **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights and recommendations are integrated into business decisions.
* **Technical Leadership**: Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data science and engineering best practices.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Bachelor's Degree**: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
* **4+ Years of Experience**: In data science, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on data pipelines, ETL, and automation.
* **Python and SQL**: Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with large-scale ETL frameworks.
* **Data Modeling and Visualization**: Experience with data modeling and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
* **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* **Master's Degree**: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
* **Experience with Cloud Platforms**: Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* **Familiarity with Data Warehousing**: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies, such as Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift.
* **Experience with Agile Methodologies**: Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

**Compensation**
* **Base Salary**: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
