**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced data analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting answers, analytic research, and software design that meet business needs
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing software for internal clients
* Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Translating data into actionable insights through reporting answers
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, software development, or a related field
* Proficiency in Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, and Visual Basic for Applications
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
* Development programming languages, including ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript
* Database languages, including Transact SQL and MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
