About the Role: Talent Acquisition Partner
As a Dental Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, and hiring extraordinary talent for our dental practices. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions to ensure the organization's ability to attract, recruit, and retain top talent in the dental industry.
- Successfully recruit for all levels of the organization, including Doctor, Staff, and Corporate level positions, ensuring a stellar recruiting experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Represent D4C Dental Brands' recruiting brand across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and specialty recruiting initiatives (veteran outreach, diversity & inclusion).
- Manage and drive requisitions completion from intake through contract execution, including recruiting active and passive candidates and conducting in-depth interviews and talent screens.
- Maintain proactive communication throughout the recruiting process to ensure Hiring Manager success and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Follow and implement recruiting strategies, processes, and procedures to support the recruiting function across the enterprise.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clinical providers, residency programs, and educational institutions to ensure a pipeline of extraordinary talent.
- Engage with programs, tools, and vendors related to Talent Acquisition functions to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle professional recruiting, with at least 3 years of experience in Dental Industry recruiting, specifically with Dentists.
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare industries, with a deep understanding of the nuances and challenges of recruiting in this sector.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Recruiting/Sourcing Certifications, such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or similar, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
