Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collect information to aid a wide variety of ERM and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation recall regions.
- Collect and process information from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses; design dashboards that assist stakeholders in scoping danger and measuring the maturity of associated controls; build custom reports as needed.
- Apply knowledge in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing danger.
- Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate effects to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
- Provide input on new and emerging danger regions using data-driven analysis.
- Solicit comments and help with the continuous development of our ERM and danger evaluation processes.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Deep SQL knowledge and talent in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
- Experience operating on legal, compliance, ERM, or danger evaluation matters.
- Adeptness at generating impactful visualizations and using data to "inform a story."
- Ability to code using R or Python.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- A growth mindset and experience learning new things.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
