Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve email requests from dedicated clients and interpreters related to scheduling, as the first point of contact, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in answering client and interpreter calls, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Efficiently input data and maintain accurate database information, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Manage all inbound interpreter calls, emails, and secure interpreters to cover appointments, meeting both blithequark and client service levels.
- Manage all appointments for a dedicated client, ensuring that service level agreements are met and exceeded.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Essential Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to thrive in a demanding and dynamic setting.
