Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch customer service, addressing a range of queries and concerns, from changing travel plans to resolving travel issues. You'll be working remotely, enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with it, and using a self-scheduling platform to select your working hours within our hours of operation (8:00 AM to 1:00 AM ET, seven days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Review customer history as necessary to provide context and informed solutions
• Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
• Help customers change travel plans, provide or confirm travel itineraries, and process refunds as needed
• Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) to resolve issues or gather information
• Document information and outcomes as necessary to maintain accurate records and improve customer experiences
