Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Care Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class service experiences to our customers. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product or service questions, and technical support. This is a 40-hour per week position, with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require working outside of normal business hours.
