This is a part-time remote customer role that involves managing communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and efficient issue resolution, thereby providing an exceptional customer experience to the residents of the buildings we manage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, building sustainable relationships, and driving business growth through your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the real estate and property management industry to assist with inbound and outbound inquiries, ensuring that you have a solid grasp of our services and can effectively communicate with our customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications at various stages to ensure timely and professional responses, proactive follow-up, and issue resolution, providing an exceptional customer experience to our residents.
- Provide amazing customer experience and delight our customers through best-in-class issue resolution and relationship building, exceeding their expectations and building a loyal customer base.
- Establish and maintain good rapport by using positive language and anticipating the needs of our Daisy Community members, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage Daisy Community members by “going the extra mile” and demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs and concerns.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and identify opportunities to elevate the overall customer experience process through scalable solutions, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our communication processes.
- Work cross-functionally with departments such as Advisory, Compliance, and Operations to ensure that customers are getting what they need promptly, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Coordinate the scheduling of appointments, including vendors, as necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist Account Management team in building and maintaining relationships, providing valuable insights and support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Meet personal, department, and, company KPIs/OKRs, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations in all areas of your work.

- Customer service or hospitality experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, can maintain composure and stay focused under pressure, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Great at problem-solving with a keen eye for details, with a strong ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Impeccably organized and able to improve processes, with a strong ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent at time management and prioritizing tasks, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experienced with juggling multiple communication channels (inbound calls, chats, and emails), with a strong ability to manage multiple communication streams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Zendesk, Google Suite, or related tools, as well as the ability to learn new systems and platforms, demonstrating your technical skills and adaptability.
