Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have direct interaction with customers via phone, recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

- Accountable for performing to department performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and standards
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of related customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with web order fraud screening and experience with order management systems
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer issues
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and web-based applications, with knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes being a plus
- A team player with a positive attitude, willing to collaborate with others to achieve common goals and promote a culture of excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment, with knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with eBay shopping and other online marketplaces
- Knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
