Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to current members, with a target of 100+ calls per day
- Conduct surveys and record members' feedback to improve our services and enhance their overall experience
- Assess members' needs and offer personalized support to resolve issues related to access to care, care coordination, access to medication, and social determinants of health (SDoH)
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with our members, ensuring a positive and empathetic experience
- Work independently in a remote setting, with a dedicated quiet area and high-speed internet connection
- Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1 year of recent call center or customer support experience, with a focus on outbound calls
- Healthcare and/or outbound call center experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and empathetically
