We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Chat Support Agent to assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth and positive support experience. No calling required — this job is completely chat-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Troubleshoot basic issues and offer clear solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex problems to the support team when needed
- Meet daily/weekly response time and quality targets
- Deliver polite, supportive, and respectful communication at all times
Skills & Requirements:
- Good written English and typing speed
- Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time
- Patience, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Stable internet connection + quiet workspace
- Customer support experience is a plus but not required
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
