- Masterfully connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and messages
- Listen actively and show empathy, focusing on understanding client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the most appropriate response
- De-escalate client concerns, using your skills to mediate and find solutions that meet the client's needs while adhering to company policies
- Think critically to handle client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts
- Be adaptable and perform various tasks, including navigating multiple programs, tabs, and tools, and isolating requests to quickly and accurately answer questions
- Raise principal issues, helping us continually improve and providing feedback to the organization on areas for improvement
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both languages
- Have experience working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- Be available to attend our 100% required training, with no misses, absences, or tardiness allowed during this time
Preferred qualifications include previous experience in customer service, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
