To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. While not required, previous experience in customer service, aviation, or a related field is highly desirable. You should also be proficient in using computer systems, including automated retail systems, and have excellent typing skills. Knowledge of airline operations, ticketing, and baggage handling procedures is also an asset.
