**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in an overnight shift, providing exceptional service to our patients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer patient calls, respond to their inquiries, and resolve their concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients feel heard, understood, and valued
* Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications
* Strong computer skills, including typing, navigation, and data entry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, with knowledge of medication management and patient care

**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on location and experience.
