**Schedule and Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will work on our 1st shift (schedule to be determined) in a remote setting, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales and operations teams at arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
* Ensuring accurate PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, including pushing back on incorrect or subpar data
* Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
* Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, developing creative solutions to customer issues
* Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
* Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales
* Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
* Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
**What You Need**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two (2) years' relevant work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience as an account representative
* Oracle experience
