As a remote employee, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a US Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable. * Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound customer calls, prioritizing tasks, and responding with care and resourcefulness. * Scheduling shifts and dispatching team members, based on location, availability, skills, and other factors. * Regularly touching base with auction team members via Regional Team Meetings to build rapport and ensure seamless communication. * Proactive planning to prevent issues with auction tasks, such as winter operations, site nuances, and removing obstacles to delays for catalog publication. * Troubleshooting technical issues and providing logistical support for auction teams, buyers, and sellers. * Administering and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring that all training is complete and up-to-date on process and procedure improvements. * Other tasks as needed to ensure the success of our customers and the arenaflex team. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of proven customer support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively. * Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * Self-motivation, ambition, and a drive to succeed, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Comfort with technology, including the ability to learn new programs and systems. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong active listening skills and empathy. * High school education (college preferred), with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset: * Experience working in a contact center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. * High attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. **Inclusive and Diverse Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse culture that values and celebrates individual differences.
