**Job Description:**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our help desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of arenaflex.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Account creation and management using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Processing claims online portal tickets, with a minimum of 10 tickets per day
* Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
* Providing technical support and resolving issues related to account creation and claims online portal registration
* Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting on ticket resolution and customer satisfaction
**Schedule:**
* Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times between 6am and 8:30am
* End times flexibility between 2pm and 4:30pm
* Training will last for the first 3 weeks of the assignment, starting at 6am daily
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* 2+ years of account creation experience
* 2+ years of customer service and IT help desk experience
* Healthcare experience
* Ability to learn quickly
* Detail-oriented
* High school diploma
**Nice to Have Skills and Experience:**
* ServiceNow and CyberArk experience
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
