About the Role

arenaflex Vail & Beaver Creek is seeking customer service representatives to deliver Legendary Service to guests in the Vail Valley. As a part-time customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and providing support throughout their stay. No prior experience is required, and we offer flexible scheduling and an arenaflex ski pass for your winter trips to various locations.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the ski and snowboard industry. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. While no prior experience is required, previous customer service experience is an asset.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a part-time customer service representative with arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly wage, plus tips. For the 22/23 season, average wage including credit card tips was between $25 - $33 per hour. You will also receive an arenaflex ski pass, which provides unlimited skiing to various locations. Additionally, we offer a 401K benefit and match for all staff members over 21 years old.
