Job Overview

- Operate a multi-line phone system, navigating multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of success
- High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language skills
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Residency in one of the following states: Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois
