Content Moderation Rater: The First Point of Contact for Customer Issues

As a Content Moderation Rater, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, owning and solving issues from start to finish. You'll work with customers via phone, chat, and/or email to troubleshoot software and/or device issues, delivering fast customized solutions and creating support tickets to provide the fastest and easiest resolution. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong bias towards doing what's right for our community, we want to hear from you!
