Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners, providing timely and effective support
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize our systems and tools to manage customer interactions, ensuring seamless experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues and trainers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a background check and drug screen.
- Strong Communication Skills: You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers over the phone.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Self-Motivation and Integrity: We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values.
While not required, the following experience is preferred:
- Customer Service Experience: 1 year of customer service experience is preferred, although not required.
- Call Center Experience: 1 year of call center experience is preferred, although not required.
