Job Overview

This role is located at our Remote facility, offering a unique opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely fulfillment of Merchant demands related to KYC and Banking Updates/Maintenance on existing vendor accounts/New Record set-ups, payments research, and account reconciliation. You will also be required to handle outbound and inbound calls to and from Financial Institutions, Merchants, and internal clients, offering support and assistance to Traders, Processors, MS TSC, Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Entries, ESSU, CMS, Securing, Organization Development, Risk managers, and Welcome Acceptance of American Express.
