About the Role
As a Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for scoping requirements, working closely with clients to integrate our APIs, and deploying our solutions for our largest enterprise customers. You will be joining a team of talented customer engineers and project managers who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Completing technical onboarding for well-established enterprise retailers and direct-to-consumer brands
- Providing consultative advice to our customers to ensure successful integration with blithequark's solutions while maximizing product value
- Leveraging customers' business requirements and product expertise to build technical specifications
- Building and validating solutions via tooling and frontend technologies such as APIs, JSON, CSS, HTML, and Javascript
- Partnering cross-functionally with both internal and external technical and business stakeholders
- Helping build a best-in-class international professionals services team via documentation, process improvements, building internal tools, and trainings
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 5-10 years of experience working on enterprise-level software projects as a technical lead
- Experience working with web technologies such as APIs, HTML, CSS, and Javascript, including fundamental coding skills preferably in Javascript or related languages
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus points for experience with iPaas, retail, e-commerce platforms, order management systems, inventory management, WMS, TMS, supply chain, or logistics

- A salary range of $110,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience and location
