Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need to make informed decisions about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels regarding product selection, services, and issues
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our 20,000 products and 3 catalogues to provide accurate and informative support to clients
- Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and resolve customer issues promptly
- Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or order-processing environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Bilingual (English/French) is a must, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Preferred Qualifications
