About the Role

As a Language of Destination (LOD) Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in demonstrating blithequark's commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be a valuable asset in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to pass a standardized language assessment. You will also need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have authorization to work in the United States. Additionally, you will need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift bags or items weighing up to 50 pounds. A positive and customer-focused attitude, combined with a willingness to learn and adapt, will be essential in delivering exceptional results in this role.
