About the Role

As an Amazon Catalog Specialist at American Express, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon. Your primary goal will be to enhance the visibility and performance of our products, driving sales and improving the customer experience. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure our Amazon catalog is aligned with our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon's policies.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and drive sales.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance listings and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align Amazon strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
• Resolve issues related to product listings, such as suppressions or policy violations, in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in e-commerce, marketing principles, and business acumen.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Amazon product listings, with a proven track record of optimizing product visibility, driving sales, and improving customer engagement.
• Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms, including a deep understanding of Amazon's algorithms and policies.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
