- With minimal direction from authority, exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, aiming to achieve the highest possible market share and yield in individual markets.
- Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-compliant agreements that meet the needs of Alaska Airlines and its clients.
- Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective compliance and benefit, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
- Develop marketing-related promotions to support sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum revenues and sales objectives are achieved, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
- Effectively manage and negotiate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for Alaska Airlines.
- Prepare and execute local sales plans in accordance with corporate sales targets, ensuring Alaska Airlines is strategically positioned among its competitors and leveraging its position in the marketplace.
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service environment or related area.
- A Bachelor's degree, or two additional years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
