Studebaker Brackett PLLC is looking for a motivated, experienced, and highly skilled US patent attorney/agent with an electrical engineering degree, computer engineering/science, or equivalent to join our team on a full-time exclusive basis. Job Location:
Remote/work from home and/or on-site in Tysons, VA
Duties Include:
Primarily prosecuting patent applications including preparing client letters with options for effectively responding to office actions, preparing responses, and conducting Examiner interviews; and patent preparation
Qualifications:
· Optimal candidates have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
· Korean language reading and writing skills are highly preferred for the position
· At least 5+ recent years of patent prosecution experience and enhanced skill in developing creative prosecution solutions
